The German and North American markets are key markets to further secure growth for Micropol business and we have therefore strengthened our sales teams in both North America and Germany.

In North America, Mark Shotton joins as Regional Sales Manager.
Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Old Domino University in Norfolk, VA and brings extensive experience from different sales executive positions to Micropol. Mark will be based in San Diego, California.
In Germany, Jens Lüpkes joins as Area Sales Manager. Jens Lüpkes holds a master’s degree in business administration and has previously held various sales positions within the electronics and cable management business. Jens will be based in Bremen, Germany.

Micropol Fiberoptic is growing rapidly, driven by an increased global demand for fiber optic solutions. To meet this expansion, we are investing in both our production capacity and our people. As a result, several new talent colleagues have joined Micropol in recent weeks.
An exciting step forward for Micropol – our new headquarters and production facility in Halmstad is now visibly coming to life. Last week, construction reached an important milestone as the first walls were lifted into place.
