Rear Admiral Thomas Engevall has been appointed to the board of Micropol Fiberoptic.
Rear Admiral Thomas Engevall has during his active military career been Chief of Defence Logistics and CIO in the Swedish Armed Forces. He retired from active duty in 2022 as Chief of Staff and Deputy National Armaments Director at the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) and is now a reserve officer at the Swedish Armed Forces Defence Staff.
In addition, he acts as an advisor and board member for companies within the defence and security sector. He has a M.Sc. in Naval Architecture from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg.

An exciting step forward for Micropol – our new headquarters and production facility in Halmstad is now visibly coming to life. Last week, construction reached an important milestone as the first walls were lifted into place.
