Micropol Fiberoptic is growing rapidly, driven by an increased global demand for fiber optic solutions. To meet this expansion, we are investing in both our production capacity and our people. As a result, several new talent colleagues have joined Micropol in recent weeks.
To support Micropol’s continued growth, we have recruited Sofia Viredius as Human Resource Manager.
Sofia joins us from Lernia, one of Sweden’s largest companies within recruitment and outsourced staffing, where she has worked in a similar position. She brings experience from both operational and strategic HR work, with a focus on management support, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Sofia holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Uppsala University. Sofia will be a part of Micropols Management team.
We are very pleased to welcome Sofia to our team.
In addition to Sofia, several other skilled colleagues have recently joined Micropol, strengthening key areas of our organization:
Leigh Murphy Nilsson, Business Controller – bringing financial expertise combined with knowledge in IT and digital development to support our continued expansion.
Henrik Björk, Regional Sales Manager Nordics – responsible for strengthening customer relations and driving sales across the Nordic region.
Rickard Bengtsson, Mechanical Engineer, R&D Department – contributing to technical innovations and developing our products.
Jon Ebeling, Test Engineer, R&D Department – adding further strength to our R&D team with focus on testing and compliance development.
With these recruitments, Micropol continues to build a strong foundation for future growth. We aim to build a strong team, so we can continue delivering high-quality, reliable fiber optic solutions to our customers around the world.
Welcome to the Micropol team!
